...so they've decided to put them on the beach as well.
It's actually a good idea because some people drive like dickheads on the sand. However how do you enforce a speed limit when there are two speeds and no signs to indicate which is in effect?

Tents and parked vehicles are the speed signs. slow down to go past them safely.
or
They only charge vehicles going over the higher speed limit.
